What are your business hours?
Incredible Pets is open from 10am to 7pm Monday thru Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sundays. We are closed Thanksgiving day and Christmas Day and have limited hours on Christmas Eve from 10am to 3pm.
Can I bring my pet with me to visit the store?
Please keep your personal pet at home and enjoy the pets in the store.
What if I want an animal that you don't have in the store?
Please visit the store or call the store at (321)255-9091 and get on the animal request list to receive a phone call when the desired animal arrives in the store.
Do you ship animals?
We can ship reptiles to most areas in the United States and please inquire to the store for more information.
Do you offer paid tours of the store for groups?
At this time, we do not have staff dedicated to offer tours of the store but you are welcome to come in with your group during business hours. We can recommend that Wednesday mornings are typically a slower time and a great time to visit!
Do you trim bird beaks, file nails, or offer wing clipping?
We do not trim beaks or file bird nails but do have products available to help keep healthy bird beaks and nails maintained. We do offer wing clipping for $5 per bird and recommend calling the store at (321)255-9091 to check staff availability for larger birds.
Do you offer pet sitting?
We do offer reptile and bird pet sitting in the store but please call the store at (321) 255-9091 to check for availability and see our Bird Pet sitting page for requirements. Pet Sitting Page
Do you buy pets?
Unless you have the proper license required by the state of Florida we are unable to offer any compensation for animals. With that being said, we are allowed to accept healthy animals as donations. Please note that some animals must be donated with an appropriate cage.
